Updates
I will be posting updates to products here when there are important things that I find after time and the reviews have posted that I feel are important to add to the product. I will also add this to the end of the revie so you can read it in fullif you wish.
Halo UV-ST Vacuum
My Halo had an odd malfunction but it is working again as good as new, the geared wheel on the end of the motor that drives the belt slipped out toward the end of the shaft. This made the belt slide off the geared portion and was no longer driving the beater brush so it was not picking up dirt as well as it used to. After a half hour of tearing down the vacuum to see what was causing it I found the problem and also discovered I could have fixed it without the tear down.
I simply hammered the gear back onto the shaft but it may do this again in the future. The spinning forces is what caused the sprocket to slide off the shaft but I don't think it can come off completely as it ends up hitting the plastic body of the vacuum. If this happens again I might just try hammering some dent in the end to prevent it from coming off.
I still use the vacuum as my upstairs one so I don't have to lug one up but I have gotten rid of most of the carpeting so now it is on light duty. The Halo UV-ST still performs well except for the sproicket or gear sliding off and it still performs as a great vacuum.

I have been working hard and wanted to add a few additional updates to some products, I was trying to think of something to add to this page that would make sense and decided to go whole hog as it were.
Since starting this adventure in reviewing a few things have really stood the test of time and continued daily use and I will list a few:
Crucial Ballitisx and Crucial regular memory modules have been running in one of several of the systems I have been using on a daily basis without a problem at all for years. I highly recommend looking into Crucial memory available at Newegg or from Crucial directly if you want new memory. I have been using both the regular Crucial memory modules and the Ballistix for years now on computers that I use daily and have not had one problem related to these memory modules.
WinASO Registry Optimizer
I have yet to find a registry cleaner and all around system optimizer that I trust, works as easily or is simple to use as WinASO Registry Optimizer. When anyone asks about what programs they should have on their system or when my son wanted to know what programs he should buy for his new laptop this was at the top of the list. I have purchased a few versions myself as well as received one for reviewing and still highly recommend the WinASO Registry Optimizer for simple and easy computer cleanup.
