I will choose one winner at random from the email entries I received by Midnight on January 18th and will send them through regular US Postal Service the Volume 1 DVD of Switched at Birth. Contest Rules are available below.
1. Eligibility
This Contest( the Contest) is sponsored by Jeffs Reviews, 115 10th St N Moorhead MN, 56560.
The Switched at Birth Volume 1 DVD Giveaway is eligible to U.S. residents 18 and older. No purchase is necessary. All entries must include the Bonus Content Rating from the review of Switched at Birth Volume 1 that Jeff Gedgaud gave the DVD. Employees and immediate family members of Jeffs Reviews, Click Communications and Walt Disney are not eligible for this contest.
2. How to Enter
To enter simply email your Name, age, valid United States mailing address and Rating that Jeff gave to the Bonus Content of Switched at Birth Volume 1 DVD. Email entries that are successfully entered will be answered within 24 hours of entry confirming participation in the contest.
3. Privacy Policy
The information submitted will only be used for the giveaway and will not be sent or used for any other purpose. Click Communications and/or Walt Disney will be sent the name and address of the winner of the contest for information/legal purposes only, the winner will receive the prize, Switched at Birth Voume 1 DVD from Jeffs Reviews. All other entries and names, addresses and email addresses will not be used or sent to any third party or used for any purpose.
4. Promotion Period
The Contest entries will be accepted from 12 Noon Central Standard Time January 10th, 2012 to 12 midnight January 18th, 2012. The winner will be decided on January 19th after all entries are verified and the winner will be announced by email.
5. Winner Notification
Entries received outside the promotion period will be disqualified. Limit one entry per email address. Winner will be announced on Jeffs Reviews after the winner has replied their acceptance of the prize and given a valid postal address for delivery of prize.The winner will receive the prize using the entered postal address, if the prize is unclaimed or deemed undeliverable the prize is considered forfeit. In the event of forfeit another winner will be selected at random from entries and the prize will be mailed to the new winner. Any updates to the winner not being able to accept the prize or changes to the contest giveaway will be posted to this page. The sponsor will not be held liable for any loss or damage which is suffered in the delivery of the prize to the winner.
5 General Rules
This contest is held in compliance with laws of Minnesota and Jeffs Reviews cannot be held liable for any taxes, warranty, costs, damages, injury or any other claims as a result in the usage of the prize in this contest. Jeffs Reviews, Click Communication and Walt Disney cannot be held liable from any loss resulting from the use of the prize of the contest.
