CableDrop

CableDrop is a fun little device to hold cable and wires to keep your work area and computer desk clutter free and more managed so you have a neat and clean computer. Use the CableDrop for keeping cables neat and orderly on your desk, computer work station or even your TV and entertainment center.

You can also use the CableDrop for holding USB cable ends or ear phones when not in use to keep them handy and ready for the next use or even use them for pens, pencils or tools. The CableDrop is a small 1 1/8 inch flexible holder that can stick to many surfaces with its peel and stick adhesive pad.

The CableDrop comes in a pack of six in a variety of pastel and earth tones for about $10 a pack to hold your cables and other items. The CableDrop is even reusable by simply removing the foam adhesive backing and using another double sided adhesive tape to move the CableDrop to another location.

I removed a CableDrop from the side of my current PC case and placed it on another using the same adhesive backing but it is also easy enough to peel off the adhesive altogether. The adhesive is pretty strong and holds up cables and even tools well such as a screw driver.

I put these around my office area to manage cables like my mouse cord and Toslink optical audio that comes unplugged from the audio decoder box quite often. Using a CableDrop you can hold wires and even small devices in place on your table or desk using the cable pressed into your device with a CableDrop.

You can also use CableDrops to hold tools or the ends of items when not in use like a USB cable end or the ends of your earbuds or ear phones. Holding wires for devices in constant motion like a mouse works great to keep the cable in check and not roaming all over as you use your mouse.

While the CableDrop does not hold more than a couple of wires or cables depending on the wire or cable size it makes a great management system for individual cables. It also makes a great way to keep that one frequently used cable end handy like hanging on the side of your desk or computer case.

The CableDrop from BlueLounge is a great way to manage individual cables or other items for a neat and tiddy work area that is reusable and stylish. CableDrops are available from BlueLounge for $10 in both bright colors and the muted earth toned.
