The Perfect Brownie Pan Set is one of those as seen on TV kits that also has been in large stores like Wal-Mart for baking the perfect brownie or bar. The set includes a three piece pan set, some powered sugar stencils and the rack with a recipe book and instruction sheet that works as well as advertised or even better.
The Perfect Brownie Pan Set is a simple design including the divider that sets into the bottom and side pieces that creates a divided pan while baking. The side piece is shaped sheet steel coated with a nonstick Teflon like coating that creates your typical cake pan.
The bottom piece is a flat nonstick coated piece that goes into the side piece and creates the rest of the pan for cooking your brownies and bars. The divided section with a wire handle sets into the bottom pieces and creates the divided brownie or bar section and also has a nonstick coating.
The pan when put together is about the size of a 7 inch by 11 inch pan with 1 3/4 inch tall sides and the dividers split the bars into 18 almost equal pieces. The pan set is perfect with the smaller brownie mixes you buy at grocery stores or cake mixes for equal pieces of your favorite dessert.

To bake you simply set the bottom in the sides and coat with cooking spray, add your brownie mix or cake mix and insert the divider after spraying with cooking spray. Bake your brownie mix and then after it is done place on a cooling rake for a few minutes.
After it cools for just a couple of minutes you move the divider around and gently pull it out of the pan, set your pan onto the rack so the sides pull down from the baked good. The baked good on the bottom will set on the rack for easy removal of each piece of baked goodness such as your brownies.
The pan set when coated with cooking spray will clean up easily but to use the set you do need to make sure it is coated well. The divider is especially important to get coated well with nonstick cooking spray as your baked good will stick in the divider sections.
I tried a cake without spraying the pan set and had some problem getting the individual pieces out of the dividers but you can get them out with a little work and careful use of a knife. If you coat the set and especially the divider with cooking spray like Pam you will have no problem with removing the divider and sides.
The recipe book that comes with the set gives some good hints but the main one is to coat the bottom, sides and divider well with spray. You should also cook the baked good on a cookie sheet so if any batter comes out of the pan it will not drip on the bottom of your oven.
I had a couple of recipes that dripped a little, less than a quarter cup of batter but for most of the recipes non did. The Perfect Brownie Pan Set worked very well and I had no problem with any of the recipes or any regular mixes I tried in the pan.
This is one of those as seen on TV products that works so well it should be a part of every kitchen for those that want an easy to use and easy to serve baked good. This is the perfect kitchen baking set for those that frequently need pot luck baked goods and want an easy to serve treat.
The Perfect Brownie Pan Set works so well and I did not have any problems with the pan and getting those almost perfect servings of my baked goods. You do have to watch the grocery store brownie packages you get as the ones marked as family sized will be a bit too large for the pan.
The regular sized mixes and even cake mixes work perfectly and the divider makes the great sections so the baked good is simple and easy to serve. The rack rounds out the Perfect Brownie Pan Set as it helps get the bottom with the baked goods away from the sides of the pan simply by supporting the bottom and letting the sides fall down to your counter.
I was skeptical about whether this would work as well as the infomercials hyped it up and I have to say I am impressed with the pan. The Perfect Brownie Pan Set is fantastic and well worth the cost of about $20 from various stores and on the internet.
