Moen Inspire
The Moen Inspire comes with the showerhead, the hose, pipe and holder adapter, the thread seal tape and a couple of washers. One feature I like is no guessing where the washers go they are twist tied to the end they belong on. Instructions for assembling the showerhead are on the box and assembly takes a few minutes that may require a wrench for tightening the fittings.
I used no tools for installing my showerhead but you may need a wrench to tighten the adapter on the pipe. Each end of the 60 inch hose has washers and O rings for drip free operation. The hose is covered like an armored electrical cable for sturdy kink free operation and is coated in a vinyl to prevent nicking and scratching your shower or tub surfaces.
The holder securely holds the showerhead and will not pop out if accidentally bumped; it is plenty tall enough to hold the showerhead. The showerhead and sprayer has seven settings from relaxing spray for general showering to the pulsing massages and several mixed ones.
The settings are great and easy to change with the tab on the showerhead instead of having to turn the shower head. The tab makes it easier to change the settings especially when your hands are slippery with soap instead of having just bumps like cheaper showerheads. The settings are nice for people who like the variety of massage and relaxing spray settings and for several people’s particular preferences like in a family.
The Moen Inspire showerhead is sturdy and well made with a chrome appearance for elegance and style in your shower. The Moen Showerhead comes with a lifetime warranty for the quality and craftsmanship for things like it will not fall apart from poorly crafted parts or workmanship. But if washers on the hose or showerhead develop a leak they will replace them free of charge.
After all a warranty is not going to cover things like dropping it on the floor but it should not fall part from general use and that is the warranty Moen backs. The showerhead does not have shutoff valves so there are no drip warranties for that but it is nice that the company will stand behind their products.
The Moen Inspire handheld showerhead works very well and is very easy to install. I really enjoy the ease of installation and quality of the Moen Inspire right out of the box. I highly recommend the Moen Inspire for a quality showerhead.
