There is also a side pocket on the other side of the bag for folders or papers that would lie against your body as you carry the bag. The shoulder strap is very comfortable and padded just enough to allow comfort without adding too much that it does not bend and flex with the shape of your shoulder.
The pull tabs on the zippers are a strong metal type with a rubber coating for strength and comfort every time you use the zippers. The cloth and padding of the whole bag is well sewn and durable for a well made bag with plenty of padding between the outside and your notebook.
The handle on the top of the case is a soft material where your fingers go for a comfortable and well secured handle on your Messenger Bag. The Messenger Bag looks to be well made with plenty of stitching to create a secure and durable notebook carry case.
There are a couple of convenient business card pockets on the inside as well as a couple of mesh pockets giving the bag a business aspect as well as a nice bag for students. The Belkin Messenger Bag is an all around well made bag and one for either a student, office worker or anyone looking for a good well made and handy notebook bag.
The small zippered pouch or case can hold your power adapter or other peripherals for a convenient carry pouch for extras you take with when on the go with your notebook. The pouch has the zipper on the side toward the top and is padded on the opposite side. This removable pouch is completely separate so you can use it in whatever pocket you want or for whatever use you want not in the Messenger Bag.
One feature that I really like is the rubber grommet for the MP3 cable that comes out near the top of the bag for a handy way to listen to your MP3 player or even a cell phone. The rubber grommet makes for a convenient and secure way to carry your MP3 player with you but not in a side pocket that would be easy for a would be thief to quickly yank out of the bag.
While the Belkin Messenger Bag may look like your average carry case for a notebook there are plenty of convenient and handy features inside. I like the shoulder strap and how comfortable the material and padded strap is instead of having a nylon strap covered with a pad.
I highly recommend the Belkin Messenger Bag for a comfortable and convenient notebook carry case with plenty of pockets and storage. I have had the 14-15 inch Messenger Bag for a few weeks and like many of the features of the bag, it has plenty of pockets for all your stuff as well as the convenient MP3 player features.
