NZXT 800 Watt PSU

The cables of the power supply are not the modular kind but are plenty long to reach whatever device you have inside your system with plenty of extra to spare. I did have a problem in the past with just this problem in another case with another power supply not being able to reach devices like fans and optical drives of a server case. The power supply just did not have long enough cables to reach the devices inside so I had to pull the power supply form one computer to use in that case.
The shortest cable length from the power supply case to the connector is twelve inches so the cables are long for some that have the Molex or SATA power connections. This ensures devices that are in far away spots of your computer will be in reach of the power connections. The NZXT power supply has the nice flexible nylon braid shielding the cables as well as shrink wrap around the ends so the braid does not slip around. You can also see the cable ties under the shrink wrap to hold the wires of each cable together as well as hold the shrink wrap and braid in place at the ends of each cable.
Once I had installed the power supply it ran fine and tested really steady using SiSoftware Sandra XI Professional performance tests. All the voltages were rock steady for several hours of testing while I did the usual daily work of checking email, surfing online, updating my website and image editing using Photoshop CS3. Gaming also ran fine during the performance testing and none of the voltage tests showed any even slightly noticeable bumps in the voltage supplies.
I enjoyed installing the NZXT PP800 as the cables are easy to manage and route with the long cable length as well as showing no problems in testing. I highly recommend the NZXT Performance Power 800 watt or other Performance Power series as they come in a wide variety of wattage sizes.
